Our trips are also priced to give you value for money, however some places purely by nature are more expensive than others. Scroll down to find out exactly what is/is not included. We endeavour to plan the trips at the best times of year, avoiding peak season, rain, intense heat or crowds. OUR SUSTAINABLE TRAVEL POLICY

Tourism can't continue the way that it is going, and since the pandemic, over-tourism is affecting many popular places on the planet again. We have to change our travel habits. Here is our response to climate change to reduce our carbon footprint:

1. WE HAVE A REDUCED THE NUMBER OF TRIPS ON OFFER EACH YEAR.

2. WE HAVE INCREASED THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS TO 8 (instead of 5) AS A FULL TRIP USES LESS RESOURCES.

3. TRIPS WILL BE CANCELLED 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE IF MINIMUM NUMBERS AREN'T REACHED IN TIME - ENABLING YOU TO PLAN ANOTHER TRIP.

We hope you understand and support this change, and we hope also that you will do your bit to change your own travel habits too.

Arrival & Departure Dates & Points

For most destinations we fly in and out of the same city. Take a look at the destination you are interested in: if Day One is Arusha and the last day of the itinerary is Zanzibar, then these are the places you need to arrange flights in and out of. If Day one is Cairo and the last day is Cairo, then it is obviously the same arrival and departure destination. All dates stated are arrival and departure dates, i.e. the date you need to arrive in that country and the date you leave that country.

All holiday prices are correct at the time of writing the itineraries. We reserve the right to alter tour prices if foreign exchange fluctuations, fuel prices, or service prices change.

What is included in the holiday price?

All activities, entries to cultural sites and monuments, accommodation on twin share basis (single supplement available on request), transport, transfers and guide services as stated in the itinerary, as well as meals as specified in the itinerary, except those on "free" days, where you can eat where you like at your own cost.

What is not included in the holiday price?

Visa fees, international flight costs, meals or activities not stated in the itinerary, airport taxes, personal items, snacks, drinks (except where provided with meals), vaccinations, tips or gratuities, laundry, telephone, minibar, personal travel insurance, alcoholic beverages.
